Abstract Submission Guideline
Call for Abstracts
Call for abstracts is now open!
Abstracts should be submitted via the online abstract submission website. Emailed submissions will not be accepted.
The presenting author is expected to attend and register for the BCNC 2023 congress and present the poster or oral presentation.
Originality of work, adequacy of data and clarity of exposition are the determinants in the selection of abstracts.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:
1. The abstract should be as informative as possible:
a. Include a brief statement of the purpose of the study or why it is done
b. State method used (if pertinent)
c. Summarize results (if relevant)
d. State conclusions reached
2. Standard abbreviations may be used
3. Inclusion in the Scientific Program and Abstracts Book/CD is dependent upon payment of registration fees
4. Abstracts should be submitted in good English
5. Abstract length should not exceed 500 words
6. Declaration of Consent to publication and assignation of copyright. When you submit your abstract, you will be asked to tick the following declarations:
- I confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
- Submission of the abstract constitutes my consent to publication (e.g. congress website, programs, other promotions, etc.).
- The Organizers reserve the right to remove from any publication an abstract which does not comply with the above.
- I herewith confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
7. When you submit your abstract, you can apply to “Young Investigator Awards”, if you are less than 35. Both oral and poster presentations will be enrolled in this competition. Additional documents and more detailed version of the manuscript may be requested during reviewing process of award applications.
